Online Registration is available through EventCow.org! For the quickest and easiest registration, we definitely recommend registering online. If you'd like to use the old pony express though... we won't stop you! You can print off and mail in the registration form by downloading the flyer below.

Registration Cost

The cost of the run varies depending on the date you sign up for the race.

• Prior to April 1st: $20
• Prior to May 1st: $25
• Prior to June 1st: $30
• Prior to July 1st: $35
• July 1st - Day of Event: $40

Cost for the run includes a T-Shirt, Snacks, Drinks, two in course refreshment stations, pre-race stretching and a free massage following the race.
